What data we collect and why
Contact form and email
When you use the intake form on the Book page, the data you enter (name, organisation, email, service, notes) is sent directly to our email address via your own email client. We do not store this data on any server. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to deliver the agreed service.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (pre-contractual steps) and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are only placed after you explicitly accept via the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
Legal basis: Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

IP addresses are anonymised (anonymize_ip: true). Ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always denied. We do not use Google Signals.
Calendly
The Book page embeds a Calendly scheduling widget. If you interact with it, Calendly's own privacy policy applies. We have no access to data you enter in Calendly beyond what Calendly sends us as a calendar notification.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Google (analytics, only with your consent — see above)
- Calendly (if you book a call — subject to their own policy)
- When legally required
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at hans.vredevoort@cldlbs.com to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

You can change your analytics cookie preference at any time by clicking the Cookies button in the top-right corner of every page.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page reflects the last change. Continued use of the site after an update does not constitute acceptance of new terms that require consent — we will show a new banner if that is the case.

Welke gegevens wij verzamelen en waarom
Contactformulier en e-mail
Wanneer u het intakeformulier op de Boek-pagina gebruikt, worden de ingevoerde gegevens (naam, organisatie, e-mail, dienst, toelichting) rechtstreeks via uw eigen e-mailclient naar ons verzonden. Wij slaan deze gegevens niet op een server op. Wij gebruiken ze uitsluitend om uw aanvraag te beantwoorden en, indien u klant wordt, de overeengekomen dienst te leveren.
Rechtsgrondslag: Gerechtvaardigd belang (precontractuele stappen) en, wanneer een opdracht volgt, uitvoering van een overeenkomst (AVG art. 6 lid 1 sub b).
Analytische cookies (Google Analytics)
Wij gebruiken Google Analytics 4 met Consent Mode v2. Analytische cookies worden alleen geplaatst nadat u expliciet akkoord gaat via de cookiebanner. Als u weigert, worden er geen analytische cookies geplaatst en worden er geen gegevens naar Google verzonden.

IP-adressen worden geanonimiseerd (anonymize_ip: true). Advertentieopslag, advertentiegebruikersdata en advertentiepersonalisatie worden altijd geweigerd.
Calendly
De Boek-pagina bevat een ingesloten Calendly-widget. Als u hiervan gebruikmaakt, is het privacybeleid van Calendly van toepassing.
Gegevensdeling
Wij verkopen of delen uw persoonsgegevens niet met derden, behalve:
- Google (analytics, alleen met uw toestemming)
- Calendly (als u een gesprek boekt)
- Wanneer wettelijk verplicht
Uw rechten (AVG)
U heeft het recht op inzage, rectificatie of verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens, op beperking van of bezwaar tegen de verwerking, en op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Neem contact op via hans.vredevoort@cldlbs.com. U heeft ook het recht een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
