No. CloudLabs works remote-first via a secure session (Microsoft Teams, AnyDesk, or equivalent). No agents or monitoring software are installed on your servers. All PowerShell scripts are run by you, or visibly under supervision, you remain in control at all times.
Read-only access to the Hyper-V hosts and cluster is sufficient for the core inventory and analysis. Broader scope adds read-only accounts where relevant: out-of-band (BMC) for the server hardware, the storage array, the switch fabric, and Azure ARM (Reader) for Azure Local. For remediation steps you will share a session so that commands are always executed by someone on your side. Credentials are never stored.
A single-site cluster health check runs in a 36-hour indicative block, typically spread across several sessions. Larger multisite environments or engagements that include remediation take proportionally longer. The intake call establishes scope and gives you a firm estimate before any commitment.
Yes. CloudLabs covers S2D (Storage Spaces Direct) and Azure Local alongside traditional Hyper-V clusters. A readiness assessment for migration to Azure Local is also a standard service, including firmware baseline, driver compatibility, and network prerequisites.
Very little. A brief topology overview (number of hosts, storage type, Windows version) is helpful for scoping. The intake call fills in the rest. No formal documentation is required upfront.
A customer-facing .docx report with findings ranked by severity and recommended remediation steps. On a follow-up measurement you also receive a delta report and a remaining-risk overview with a risk trend chart. As-Built system documentation and, after an incident, a Root Cause Analysis are available as separate deliverables. On request: an action list (plain text, ready to paste into your ticketing system) and the raw PowerShell inventory output. Reports are delivered in Dutch or English, whichever you prefer.
A health check is not a one-off. After remediation each follow-up round re-runs the same read-only measurement and reports the delta plus a risk trend chart, so progress is measured, not asserted. Two or three rounds a year is a common rhythm.
Yes. An NDA is signed before any work starts. All inventory output and configuration data stays with you, it is never stored by CloudLabs beyond the duration of the engagement.
CloudLabs charges €165 per hour on a time-and-materials basis. Engagements run against a written service contract for an indicative block of hours (9 to 288). Time is billed as worked. Unused hours in the block are not charged. Blocks can be topped up at any point. See the Engagement page for the full rate card.
Yes, when warranted. On-site work is possible; travel and accommodation are invoiced at cost. Most engagements are completed fully remote without any loss of depth or quality.
Yes. CloudLabs can work via a formal purchase order process. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. VAT applies for EU clients; reverse-charge applies for EU businesses outside the Netherlands where applicable.

Een klantgericht .docx-rapport met bevindingen op volgorde van ernst en aanbevolen herstelstappen. Bij een vervolgmeting ontvangt u ook een delta-rapport en een restrisico-rapport met een risico-trend grafiek. As-Built systeemdocumentatie en, na een incident, een Root Cause Analysis zijn los te bestellen. Op verzoek: een actielijst (platte tekst, klaar om in uw ticketsysteem te plakken) en de ruwe PowerShell-inventarisoutput. Rapporten worden geleverd in het Nederlands of Engels, naar uw voorkeur.
Een health check is geen eenmalige actie. Na herstel draait elke vervolgmeting dezelfde read-only meting opnieuw en rapporteert de delta plus een risico-trend grafiek, zodat de voortgang wordt gemeten en niet beweerd. Twee of drie metingen per jaar is een gebruikelijk ritme.
Ja. Een NDA wordt getekend vóór het begin van de werkzaamheden. Alle inventaris- en configuratiedata blijft bij u, het wordt door CloudLabs niet opgeslagen buiten de looptijd van de opdracht.
CloudLabs rekent € 165 per uur op nacalculatiebasis. Opdrachten lopen onder een schriftelijk servicecontract met een richtblok van uren (9 tot 288). Tijd wordt gefactureerd als gewerkt. Ja, wanneer dat nuttig is. On-site werk is mogelijk; reis- en verblijfskosten worden op nacalculatie gefactureerd. De meeste opdrachten worden volledig remote afgerond, zonder verlies van diepgang of kwaliteit.
Ja. CloudLabs kan werken via een formeel inkooporderproces. Betalingstermijn op factuur is 30 dagen. BTW is van toepassing voor EU-klanten; de verleggingsregeling geldt voor EU-bedrijven buiten Nederland waar van toepassing.
